Noisy clutch... bearing? (vid)

I have an issue with my clutch, its making a loud grinding noise. I don't think it's the clutch itself as when the clutch is engaged there is no noise but as soon as i disengage the clutch the noise occurs. It happens in any gear and neutral, apart from when the clutch is engaged.
Is this likely to be a throwout bearing?
The video is uploading as we speak, as soon as it is finished i'll link it.

also with the clutch disengaged and in neutral you can here the tranny whirring loudly but as soon as you engage the clutch the whirring stops. my friends 91 hatch doesnt do this and none of my other EF's and such made it soobvious you were in and out of gear. idk why that is, i was guessing its the TO bearing once again...
waiting on the vid
Yes, very likely.

Throwout or release bearing would be SCREAMING with the clutch disengaged/your foot on the floor. I've only ever heard ONE bad throwout bearing, but many ISB's.
I'm assuming your running a FWD gearbox.
Yet to have the horror of spliting a AWD unit.
Well that fucks me off... now it's going to be ages before the car is back on the road - was hoping I'd have all the swap gear ready to go in before any issues occurred. If it was just a bearing in the clutch department i would have had it done in a day.
Surprised i haven't had any comments about the accent yet.
bwah that sounds pretty damn crazy.
I guess it's just alot more acceptable down here. :P
I sounds really bad, I think it going to be more than a bearing.
D12A with L2 box, please take pics, never heard or seen of either.
Being a teacher of trannys, I just might learn something new
I know exactly to the time and second I'll stop learning, when the doctor calls me dead!
The Tag.
The Box.
The bloody weird mount.
Foot to the floor on the clutch pedal = DISENGAGED.....well on a properly working setup.
Foot off the pedal = clutch ENGAGED, shafts in tranny are spinning, making noise, internal bearing issue.
I notived the reverse shaft bolt and reverse switch, but have never worked on a Honda tranny like you have.
Me worked on transmissions? Hells no! If it requires cracking it open i've just thrown them away. :P
