Wagon newbie looking for some feedback!

Band Wagon
First off just want to say happy holidays to everyone here!!
I'm new to the forum, decided to register since I just picked up my very first wagon a few days ago!! It's a 91 with a zc dohc swap and rt4wd tranny..... before this i had an 88 hatch and traded straight across for the wagon. It needs some little things here and there but overall it's a pretty solid ride.
Here's the build thread for it that the first owner started. He sold it to the guy that I traded with.

Now that I introduced myself I just thought Id throw a couple questions out there to hopefully get some advice on:
- needs a new paint job, any color suggestions? I was thinking yellow or charcoal Grey with green accents. Something different that you don't see everyday!
- anyone know where I can get my hands on rear electronic shades and oem mudflaps??
- I was thinking about re-tinting the windows, but not sure how dark I should go, any suggestions?
- any lastly a big question is the wagon needs a new exhaust from headers to muffler. what would be my best bet for a good sounding, good quality exhaust under 300? Also no emmisions testing where I live so I don't need a cat, which should keep the cost down a little.
- looking into getting a front lip but have no idea where to start. Is there an easy mod to make one or one that looks good on a budget?
Sorry for the question bombing, basically I'm just looking for any suggestions or ideas. Thanks in advance for any advice guys!
