91 rt4wd auto too manual questions

i am about to be the proud owner of this RT4WD just two problems the 4wd isnt on cuz a u joint went so basicly the viscious coupler and then back driveshaft are not on i was able to find everything too rebuild all that fully besides for the flanges i need for the driveshaft does anyone know where to get them i cant find it anywhere? it is currently auto which is the second problem hes got the 6 speed tranny with super low first gear what else will i need too complete the swap? ive also heard that these wagovans have a transfer case? or is that earlyer ones cuz this one has a viscious coupler? someone please help been searching for days and i really want this wagon but dont want to get it and not be able to complete swap because of parts not being available
