Carpet Inquiries? Sedan Vs Wagon.

How different is the sedan pan from the wagon. I ask because I've contacted stockinteriors.com and asked them about wagon carpet. They replied and said the sedan carpet fits, they just don't have the piece that goes in the way back.
I found these couple of threads.

In one Bam Bam said hell no to the sedan fitting the wagon. I know there's some difference, I'm just wondering how much difference there is. Enough that the fit would be crap? Or could it be finessed into place? I've put carpet in my truck from them and it was nice, especially with that rubberized backing, cut down on a lot of road noise.
I'm just debating on whether or not to put my stock carpet back in as I pulled it to clean it and there are some spots it's so bare you can see sunlight through it.
