Whats up guys, it's been awhile! While i've been away i got rid of my 89 wagon, and been out of the game for awhile. I stumbled across this beauty just rotting away in a lot here in town, and is owned buy a guy i do most of my honda business with lol. He shot me a little high @ $800 for just the shell or $1200 with a cable tranny and a d16z6. I took the deal at $1200 on payments . With that being said this is going to be a slow, but enjoyable build.
1990 fwd Civic wagovan. Was an automatic but previous owner started to do a manual conversion, and only swapped the pedal assembly.
As of Nov.10th I owe $875. Enjoy guys!
Future plans????? You'll just have to stay tuned to find out

Until i get the PWJDM delete kit lol
debating on removal
Prolly throw up some more pics tomorrow
Thank you. Only problems are I am missing a few pieces, rear passenger panel is cracked, and the driverside rear seat fold down button is broken. Also the rear door locks are broken as well.
This is where i'll leave off. Also I just ordered the speed out extractor tool and a sticker for her as well! Hopefully extractor works well as one of the center console screws is siezed up along with 2 of the hatch garnish screws. I also have to get some metal out of the rear plate holes??? lol
Someone was doing an A/C delete? Forgot this (updated pic to come)
Extractor kit came in today as well, but doesnt work =(. I did however manage to get the metal out of the rear license plate holes, and got 1 of the 2 remaining garnish screws out! Also I removed both front door panels and door lock pins, and found out I have 2 sony speakers. Im going to be taking em out to see if they work in my girls pontiac. Heres updated progress photos
Relocating front plate holes
Front plate relocate kit lol
This one made me laugh What You mean a little? It could be n/a or it could be a forced induction..
I would like to eventually boost
Got a few updates as well! Finally got the last garnish screw out, and the siezed console screw as well. Also had time to mess with the hatch to see why it would pop and found out that not only is it snapped from the back, but it rusted off the relase lever lol. I also decided to remove the horns so I can be ready for the future mod .
That is correct. I wanted an si cluster with tach, but this was only available as the wagon didnt come with one and got for free lol
Gonna do any engine bay shaving/cleanup while the motor is out or just leave it as is?
Yes I hate IL weather but been here all my life, eventually ill be able to leave lol. As far as your question, yes I have plan on doing some bay clean up. I am just trying to figure up what goes to where/what and see if anything is able to be thrown away lol. This is my first major restoration and auto to manual conversion. Im learning as i go
Any major cancer on the vehicle? I didn't notice any in the pics, which is surprising considering the knuckleheads up there still think it's a good idea to salt the damn roads.
There is very minimal rust at the bottom edge of both driver side doors but that about it. Believe i may of caught it as surface?
As far as today goes on progress, I just cleaned it out, but didnt get completely cleaned as the wife pulled me off to go christmas tree shopping 9didnt get any b4 and after pics =(.
