RT4WD manual rebuild info

So, I couldn't find if anyone has gone this far, but I figured I would start a thread, and if it has been covered, then it will be merged as usual.

So I have read into having LSD in the trans, as well as rebuild options and everything, as usual with the wagon, is scarce. So I emailed Synchrotech, the company that builds and tests MFactory parts, to see if they are of interchangeability of things for us, and if not, if they would be willing to take mine apart to see if we can rebuild, build, replace, etc parts for the trans. I would love to be able to bulletproof mine so that I don't have to worry about sourcing one if I break something.

Add input if wanted.

My response from when I emailed Synchrotech

"Unfortunately these have been discontinued and are no longer available. We have tried to source parts for them with no luck.

    Explain?

I asked them if they have anything and if they do not, if they would be willing to develop parts for it....maybe even limited sets that are custom.

You can have the parts treated to improve strength.

Pretty sure you can go either hot or cold with much the same effect.

Isn't there also a tefflon spray coating you can use? When Shep built my Evo Trans I opted for the coating. It's supposed to improve performance and longevity (by decreasing wear).
