I filled all of mine with urethane and have been pleased with the result.

yeah i agree ive seen a good few mount rebuilds using different fillers and heard it works as good if not better than stock :encouragement:
  • I also just filled mine with a product called Fusor. Also I've heard that some windshield urethane work well. they give a little more than a solid filler.

Guess I just got lucky then, I put in a remake request for the very back diff mount and they remade it for me.

use a windscreen sealant, just make sure all of the bushes are clean of dust and dirt before applying it

Option #1: Get Honda to remake it?!
    Option #2: http://www.civicwagon.com/showthread.php?9589-Rear-diff-bushing-mod-get-rid-of-that-quot-thud-quot-sound

Grifty, would you mind posting up part number(s) and the contact where you made the request?

Here in Australia you're able to submit a remake request through your local dealer, well atleast mine that is. Commonly known as consultation parts, the dealer submits the request and waits a few days for a response from Japan.

Here is my invoice of when i ordered the rear diff bushing and shifter bushes, you need to remove the HO- from the front and that's the part number.

I can check Japan stock for you guys for all 5 rear diff bushes, usually if they no longer have the part in USA you may be able to get it directly from Japan.
  • All 5 diff bushes are still available from Honda Japan

They can be ordered from Amayama Japan.

The screenshot shows 6 different parts, I believe there arent any differences but I double checked stock on all the part numbers they had listed.

    You'll only need part numbers 1x50721SH9901, 2x50711SH9900, 2x50713SH9010.
