Crazy dream theory - electric boost

The idea is to use the 4wd transmission in a FWD car (or just run an RT in FWD) and add an electronic boost to the transaxle, feeding power back to the front wheels. I literally had the idea in a dream.
It sounds stupid but... would it work... for the lolz?

    so your talking about keeping it fwd and utilizing the part where the drive shaft connects to the tranny and rigging some motor to the 4 bolt connecting peice on the back and making it spin to get more power? it seems possible if that is able to transfer power to the front wheels i never tried it on my rt to see if spinning it would spin the front wheels i think youd have to modify it a little to transfer energy back intsead of out...
    interesting none the less.
    do it to a subaru before ruining a rt hahaha
