Reverse gear insanley loud, transmission parts

Hi, I know there is some similar threads on this forums, but just can't seem to find the needed info through search tool.

My reverse gear sounds like cracking metal, everything else seems just fine. I know it needs replacement.
But what other kind of trannys reverse gears fits to 4x4 gearbox?
Just picked it up today and that only seems to be the problem.

And yes, its a 4gen 1.6 rt

    NONE of them fit. The only reverse gear you can use is out of another RT transmission.

    Does anybody know if the 5th gear from a civic fits to a civic Shuttle (d16z2 ee4) stock gearbox?

    What about synchros ?

    I would like my 5th gear to be longer (0.702) - it's useful in long trips 1.gif
