cargo cover repair

hey i just got a rear cargo cover and its seems to be exceptionally droopy i was wondering if anyone has this problem or its a normal thing or how to fix if so

    yes but seriousy does anyone know if i could pull it apart and be repaired to be as tight as ur moms ass?
