This is start to my build thread this is how i bought the wagon so far all i added was the interior LED and fixed a few things like the little lever that turns on the light when the doors open but stay tuned for updates and new picture here it is as it sits now.
I knew this wagon got sold when I didn't see it on CL anymore haha. Damn that wagon is clean dude its a nice pick up im from Chicago too
Man i seen this and i jumped all over it , i have always wanted on of these, now that i have it i never wouldve realized these are mad fun to drive. we should meet up brother.
So after i have been looking at the wagon im not sure if i am fond of those rear spoilers Should i get rid of them ??? I really like the original look but now sure what i should do!

First Thing done that was a must have, my a/c wasnt working so I hunted down some R12 and made it happen, i would like to retro fit this thing but there wasnt a retro fit that worked on the wagons Low side so i had to get it done so boom! R12 !!!!!!!!!!
So i ended up making a stop at the local u pull it , Last night my ignition plug failed and i ended up getting 2 more from the junkyard i also picked up these few things and installed them i find them to look pretty nice on the dash and this dash needed something else to place things in other then the glove compartment
So i was wondering through craigslist and a ex wagon owner that had a bunch of parts left over and didnt need anymore because he sold his latest wagon I had to capitalize on this and now im broke but i have some good parts!! Picked up the rear hatch with wiper, mud flaps and front bumper and reinforcement i will be going back to get the full 4wd drive train , here are some pictureS
Last picture is a glove box i found at thejunk that was replaced but man did i need one !
did a few thing the past few day the top spoiler was some what annoying me so i decided to just remove it completely removed it and decided i will be removing the hatch spolier as well it just looks better that way. I also replaced that OEM wiper when i bought the car there was a blocking plate but now a wiper that is fully function is so much more use full !
So the updates so far are directed toward interior, I had the opportunity to run into a wagon in a junk yard 30 mins from where i live and the cars interior was practically come, Just to clear things up my interior was complete but it looked like the previous owner decided to spray paint trunk interior panels with didnt look that bad but im very much so OC when it comes down to my cars interior its was originally blue and thats what i returned it too the best part of all this i bought the trunk interior ,side panel , spare tire ,spare tire plastic thing the goes under it to elevate it , Metal spare cover rug , strut top covers, trunk door interior basically everything for 38 dollars and the condition of the items are amazing !!!
If you ever want to color match your speaker pods SEM makes a color called shadow blue that is almost identical in color. Build looks great man, keep it up.
