Super jealous of your power windows/locks/mirrors, coin tray, cargo cover, rear cargo compartments, and full middle console! This thing is fully fu**ing loaded! I really like that Yakima rack too. Can't wait to see more.

Added some exhaust tips, looks alot better now. Will need a new exhaust at one point as the original system is rotten in a few places, beyond repair. so will have to figure out the best route to take.
had some filler work on the rear by one of our customers at work, over the moon with the work done so far! Hes taking the car again on tuesday to finish the job
Big thanks to Mesa Export for sourcing and shipping this over to me for a fantastic price! High recommend :top: :top: :top: :top:
And the Beagle rails...
Big thanks to Mesa Export for supplying me with reference images.
Automatic Punch.
Step by Step...
Woops...
Rivnut gun with M6 inserts.
Some waterproof silicon to help fend off the rain.
Inserts fitted.
Installed!
Fitment isnt bad. Need to take the rails off and grind some of the foot plate away so it sits flat on the roof, as it currently sits about 1.5mm proud of the roof because of the insert
Seen a Shuttle on Mini wheels in the states and i liked the look, Silver on Red. These are white but looks like they have been painted using a brush so will repaint them at some point.
Finally got round to fitting the Beagle 4WD Mudflaps, quick once over with a tyre pen.
Also got round to finishing the towbar, Ground down the sandwich plates for the tow hook and a nice shiney new bolt (ones supplied rust and wouldnt fit)
Next i sorted the Roof rails, With the rivnuts, they have sat 1mm higher than they usually would have (assuming the captive nuts are spot welded on beagles flush to the roof)
So had to ground down this step on the feet.
Sits much better now and the feet actually contact the roof now making it alot more sturdy.
I replaced these weird looking fasteners in the center legs on the rails. with some M6 Allen cap head bolts
Then replaced the chewed up cross screws with some M5 allen cap head bolts
Then put 4 more riv-nuts into the roof and she is now fully secure!
Also removed the sunroof glass, it would let water in when raining which i traced down to a rubber gasket where the bolts go through the glass has deteriorated. So removed the bolts, replaced gaskets, some silicon sealer in there for good measure and then put a foam seal around the edge of the glass. Hey presto, no more leaks!
I Decided to run it in 2WD for that event, some sections were super tight, Running in 2WD Enabled me to get round those tight sections. Some other 4WD Vehicles on the day ended up having to Reverse at these sections in order to get through the gates. So wise decision on my part i thought.
Noise wise, its the stock D16A6 with a Drilled OEM Airbox with K&N Panel Filter. It sounds louder than ANY aftermarket filter setup ive ever used. Sounds awesome.
The viscous does work, ive had it doing some donuts on some gravel
So my neglect to get the rear arches painted has resulted in surface rust seeping through the primer. so rubbed all back down to metal and few coats of primer and few coats of gloss black - should see it right until i get it sorted.

Yeah, I know there is always that option. I kinda wish it already came from the factory with all of it though.
