tire size difference for solid driveshaft?

I read this somewhere, but I've been searching a lot and I can't find it. What was the tire size difference that speed factory used in their wagon to make up for the solid shaft?

Also, can a 3rd gen 4wd driveshaft be used in a 4th gen rt? (Not 87)
