Lower Window Trim

Anyone know where I can find a good write up or something similar on how to replace the lower window trim on our wagons? I've done some searching, and I can't figure out how to replace the trim without breaking those small white clips. This is the piece I'm talking about:

    yeah, I need to do mine bad, I even have the replacement parts minus the clips...

    I also wouldn't mind figuring out how to replace the door moulding as well without breaking stuff. I'm starting to think the clips are pretty much one time use...

    I've seen some decent posts on the other honda sites about these, I spent about two minutes looking this morning, I'll post back later this weekend and maybe dig into my parts car and see what I can come up with :)
