hello all Ive had this wagon for about 2 months and just figured out how to post pics so here we go!
I bought it as a first car from the 2nd owner who brought it all the way up here to Washington from new mexico. paid $1000, It had 222k miles when i bought it and I daily it about 40-60 miles a day. it just rolled past 225k miles and shes getting old fast. I only have a few photos from when I first got her but the rest are pretty recent. I will try to post chronologically for this first post

I have since then lowered it on ebay coilovers and cleaned a few things up
the last owner somehow managed to do this...
gas here is getting incredibly low! this pics from aout 2 weeks ago its $3.15 now!
I installed a new stereo that was grounding out somewhere and kept blowwing my dash/running light fuse so this was my temporary fix for a couple days till I figured it out
I lowered her more still functional but i scrape alot of places
I got a new door and put it on today!

Im about to go out and put my new wheels on but the NW hates me and decided to rain so this is gonna suck! pics of her with the new wheels later today!

I got a new steering wheel! its a cvcc wheel i found at the junkyard. a few coats of paint and its looking good!
I had some gnarly rips in my drivers seat so I threw down some denim iron on patches
my buddy just got a sedan so we had a cell phone photo shoot lol
and im thinking about cambering the wag like this
and it decided to snow today... crap i can barely get out of my neighborhood.
and thats all i have for today! hopefully I can keep up on the posting and fix up the lil wag alot more! my next venture is cleaning up the engine bay
I had a blast but I dont think little miss wagon had such a good time. She got DIRTY

-new stock drivers seat cover
-new passenger headlight
-new passenger front fender (same color)
-paint valve cover and other engine components bronze (like my steering wheel)
-paint rims bronze with sides of spokes flat black
-paint window rim flat black
-plastidip bumpers and side trim
-plastidip hood, roof, and hatch black and delete the emblems
-install cold air intake (in my garage)
later future plans
-fix wrinkle behind passenger rear door
-wood cargo cover and hatch floor cover
-rear speakers and a sub
-new struts
-straight piped to 40 series or similar muffler to boso blastpipe exhaust
-new clutch
-tranny fluid
-front lip
-more low
-cover headliner and door cards with some cool fabric
-d16a1 swap
-new wheels and tires. most likely meshie style with deep lips or some deep dish steelies like diamonds or bassets
and generally just cleaning it up a whole lot

first thing i will inform you about is the realization that seattle drivers suck! this realization very suddenly came to me a couple months ago when an idiot on i405 decided to merge into me without a blinker... heres the results :nightmare:
I was so pissed... at least he paid for my new hood from the junkyard... I should have gotten his insurance info.
so i got the same color hood and a headlight but no fender yet
but i did get around to cleaning up my engine bay threw on a new valve cover gasket as well so happy i did. im no longer going through a quart a week...
and heres just a few pictures of how the wagons sitting now. I ordered my new exedy clutch kit and i will be replacing it as well as the transmission in 2 weeks when i get time off work. Im so exited for that. I also am getting a new bumper, baby blue fender:hopelessness:, and mint stock seat from the junkyard soon. my progress on this car is extremely slow but i have lots to look forward to and it keeps me on my toes so i like it.

Ive been taking alot more pride in the wagon lately its a great project and ive been keeping the interior immaculate its probably cleaner than it was brand new.
my plans after I do the tranny and clutch are simple. new short struts, extended top hats, and camber adjusters so i can slam the girl on the ground.
I also want to do all the body work and plasti dip her white with bronze rims. a big focus right now is finding cup holders to install... i may be ordering the fold down ones that alot of people use on here and mounting them right next to my shifter on the sides of that plastic center thing.
anyways i will try to keep everybody updated more often

my wagons been having this problem though. It will start perfectly when its cold but if i drive it for a while then try to start it again it will just crank. its only when the cars hot though, it will even happen if its been sitting in the sun and gets hot that way. any ideas on what this might be? ill post in the technical threads as well

so i was out putting on one of my new amber corner lights today when i find out i got the wrong ones... would ef sedan fenders fit on a wagon so i can rock these corner lights? i like this shap better and if im allready getting a new fender then i may as well get both
and while i was being pissed off at myself for getting the wrong ones the mail lady decided to come and lift my spirits and hand this to me!!! im so stoked!

too bad the fenders from an ef hatch or crx wont fit, i really liked those corner lights plus they were like 30 bucks... time to throw them on ebay
im not a huge fan of how the 2 tone stock corner lights look so Im probably just going to night shade them along with my tail lights.
The blinker on the drivers side (right) is after paint and the one on the passenger side (left) is before paint

nd I might be getting my new bumper and fender tomorrow if I have time after work! so stoked!
Ive been focusing on the mechanical parts of the wagon just to keep her running as a smooth daily but I did get a sub and im really happy with it even though it takes up alot of my trunk space
I also wrapped my wheel in rope to give it more grip and it looks really cool!

also recently replaced my clutch, flywheel, and tranny the other day! it took me and my buddy the better part of a day to figure it all out but its like a whole new car now and im lovin it!
unfortunately i only took 2 pictures that day because my hands were super grimey and we were just trying to get it done so I could make it to work the next day
my front tires were showing wire on the insides from camber wear and with the new clutch it was burnouts galore until i was on the way to my friends and took a corner a hair to fast and was somehow able to blow out my front drivers side tire and de bead it... so i threw on the donut and scraped frame all the way to les schwab for some new tires haha it was awesome to see the looks I got
well thats just about it for the wagon so far. I will post updates when they come
