I don't know what to do (car related)

I have been sitting on my civic wagon build for a while, but I have gotten to that point to where I wonder what I actually want. A few options have come to mind, but there is no "best option" for any of them.
I know the decision is ultimately mine, I just wanted some "out side the emotional box" input.
Also, I didn't know where else to put this topic.
Cars involved:
BRZ (not owned)
Factory Five 818 (info: https://www.factoryfive.com/kits/project-818/)
MY Rt4wd Civic wagon
My WRX wagon
Issues to start:
-wrx wagon needs a new motor (low compression in all four) and rear diff is starting to whine.
-civic wagon is a long way from being complete.
First option:
--Keep everything as is--
Forget; kit car and brz
Swap jdm parts in wrx and finish civic wagon as the weekender/ track car.
Cost$$
WRX ~ $9000 for all jdm swap parts (not counting the paid cost of the car). Civic ~ $5k to 6k to finish
Second option:
--Back to stock on the civic for a daily and build kit--
Forget; BRZ
For the kit car all I need is a jdm motor, the 5 speed is fine.
Cost$$
Kit car ~ kit($10k) + wrx($7k paid) +jdm motor ($4k) = $21k
Civic (stock) ~ $2000
Third option
--Buy a BRZ--
Forget; one of the wagons (wrx/civic)
Cost$$$
Brz ~ $28k + mods
Civic (track toy) ~ $5k to 6K
WRX (JDM toy/another DD) ~ $9k
Any other options are welcome.
