wiring issues

alright guys I'm in some need of assistance. I've been posting up on H-T and haven't got the answers I'm looking for so I'll try my luck here. I have an 89 wagon I've swapped lsv turbo in and to make a long story short soldered in obd1 ecu plugs instead of the jumper harness i got in a trade because it was worthless and didnt make connection on half the pins. SOOOO..... the motor runs and everything is good there buuuut... when I put the obd1 plugs on i took out the entire interior harness and all to bring it inside to do the work, now that i've got everything back in the car when I turn the key on and back off all the lights stay on and everything even if i start it and turn the key off and take it out the motor still runs untill I unplug the ecu fuse or main relay then take off the +battery terminal to cut all the power so the dash lights go out. So I thought it might be the ignition so while it was being dumb and staying on i unplugged all the ignition cables from the fuse box and all and it still did nothing. I have a couple more issues as well that I'll ask about but I would like to get this taken care of first!

    alrighty well i've been thinking it may be the under dash fuse box so i took it out and took the white box off it and opened it up and it was corroded and all burnt up so my I ordered another fuse box assembly so I hope that takes care of it!

    I hope so! That's such a complex question, i don't think anyone could help much without hands on it.

    lol i was more hoping along the lines of maybe someone had the same issue befor haha but i hope this works! lol
