Are Z6 and d16 A/C parts swappable?

Anyone know if I can put D15 or 16 A/C parts on a z6 motor?
What if any parts will work on my z6 motor?

    I think all D series are the same in that regard.

    I KNOW that I had no problem putting stock EE components on my z6.
