binding noise coming from rear diff

Hello, I have a 1991 civic wagon that is rtawd. I have been noticing a very strange binding sound coming from the rear end of the car. It only happens after its been parked for over and house and I leave my parking spot or somtimes slowly accelerating from a stop you can hear it. Wondering if anyone has heard this before or maybe knows what it is. I have googled this and tried to find info, I cant, not sure if im looking in the wrong section or not. lol.

    anyone? I think a motor mount is bad as well I hear a knock when I accel and than suddenly let off... anything to do with it?

    check the fluid.

    Check the u-joints for binding, that may be your noise.

    ^ thank you I think thats the noise, going to do some working on it in the next few days and post results
