I totally agree! I couldn't take it where I planned on taking it with it dragging the mudflaps driving down the road..

It had the cheap eBay coilovers on it when I bought it. I talked with Shea, Shenrie is his username here and he hooked me up with a full stock suspension setup for a great deal. Painting the blades later today then going to get an alignment. Should ride a lot better now! Ive been wanting to go offroad but fixing the suspension is a must before leaving pavement. Ill start a build thread soon

Welcome! I like the black steelies look on your wagon.
  • Love the clean paint job. Mine's the same color but somewhat oxidized. If you want a bit more lift, there are other springs and shocks that'll fit. I put 98 Integra springs and shocks in the front of my 91 RT. There are threads that discuss exactly which cars you can get parts from. It's a totally bolt in operation, but you'll want to grind away the protrusions on the back side of the spindles.

I didn't do the back because I like the car sitting level, but the ass end is way softer than the front and it gets squirrelly if I corner too hard now. I'll probably do the Integra springs in the back and either cut the springs or maybe get some 2" drop LCAs.

New members searching threads and doing their homework...Love it! :applouse:

How you liking your wagon so far?
  • I've been a Subaru guy for a long time. Got used to searching forums when I was fixing up my BRAT, and I've been lurking Civicwagon for over a year.

This is my third wagon, first Honda though. I freaking love wagons and the RT is pretty cool. Even better since the lift. Can't wait to stiffen up the back. My wet dream is to make it into kind of a half assed rally car. I don't need or even want much more power, but I wanna be able to jump the thing.
