From the weekend.. WrongFitment, WrongTurn Meet
In my area & immediate surrounding area... My 3 or 4 friends and I are THE ONLY Honda enthusiasts for a few miles...
In fact, the town I live in is chalk full of young kids in Subaru's and Evo. More "rally" cars than you can shake a stick at..
Nearly as many Evo's and stuff as there are pickup trucks out here... Rare to see a Civic, let alone an EF of any kind.
Anyways, that is the reason why I have taken and posted soo many Subaru pictures.
I am in no way a Subaru fan.. Considering they run about as good as a rotary powered car..... Yeah, Like shit.
Wen't to a train convention over the weekend.. It was an absolutely stunning display of transportation history. I was baffled really...
I was told that it is the largest full scale locomotive meet in the world, with nearly 30 vintage engines on hand from all over the Eastern US.
Thanks dude. We shall be there.. Probably bring a few more friends than I did last year I hope.
Practiced my Rollers this weekend.. Going into this weekend I felt that my Rollers were sub-par somewhat..
After firing a few hundred duds, I feel like I was really starting to grasp the concept and, after a few adjustments had started to get used to firing at speed.
Id say all that practice has paid off. Roller approved! Wish we were closer as id love for u to shoot my wagon for a future layout!!
Thanks mah boy! I too wish we were a bit closer to chill and shoot pics and mess around and do wagon stuff and meet places...
I would love it if I were close enough to get a chance to shoot your wagon!! Anyway.. Back to reality.. lol
Thanks man. Dude, I was such a huge fan of that Z overall when I saw it.
Those wheels would be soo phat on anything else. Can barely fathom them on an Element..
Here are some photos taken by me on a set that my friend had going last night.
No equipment, no lights, no tripod, nothing. (the way I've mainly been shooting lately.)
Point, Shoot.
Took a recent trip to an Off-Road park called Gulches in South Carolina. It was awesome! Such cool rigs and awesome people out there, we brought the CRV and got some great reaction. Surprised a lot of dudes. When the owner of the park heard that we might be coming in a Honda CRV he wasn't going to let us in. He didn't wan't us to go down there and break something. He didn't wan't us to be getting stuck all day long. Regardless of how much the locals begged him to let us go so they'd have guaranteed entertainment, perhaps a few good laughs at our expense. When we arrived however, the mood changed. Guides, members, and locals alike quickly started jockeying for a chance to be tour guide. A chance to see the CRV first hand for the day. The owner gave us the OK to enter the park and a guide was selected. Pictures entirely at random.
Here were a few of the hills to get and idea of what was out there.
