Need help with hatch!

The alignment of my hatch is messed up, and one side sits higher on the roof. How could I possible fix that??

    Also it won't shut all the way and lock

    That can be as simple as a broken hinge, but often is a cracked hatch. Check the hinges and the area where they bolt to the hatch.
