No I just took it off its in the trunk lol . Ive always loved the way woodgrain wheels look. I had a grant wood grain wheel on my cressida a couple years back and then on my miata and the sold it after. Regretted it ever since. For some reason im not a fan of the nardi deepcone.
what up guys havent posted in a bit due to my head gasket going out
well this weekend thats what i did lol tool some time but i finished it yesterday.
did take me a bit long lol also ended up tucking the tranny cable under the intake manifold and also
tuck the injectors ..
i messed up the polish :hopelessness: i sprayed it by accident with degreaser and its went away lol.
so this weekend i celebrated my birthday by drinking alot of beer and getting myself a stereo and door speakers and hooked it all up with my subs i had laying around :encouragement:
amp is 2600watt monoblock and the subs are 1200watt each and door speakers are 190watt sounds nice and clear
so this weekend i went to work on the car really kept busy trying to keep things moving. so first off i went ahead and took out the interior so wash the carpet because it was smelling like dirt and oil. carpet was filthy
so i always hated the damn scratches the front bumper had since i got the car, so decided to just paint both bumpers front and rear. sanded them down with 800 grit sand paper to make sure the paint caught good and evened things out just a bit.
then the head liner :)there was finger prints all over it sooooo ripper that sucker out and redid it . i know i used print that someone already has but dont remember what member it was . sorry..
the only thing i didnt get to do was paint the wheels becaise i was thinking of reberreling them
LOLLL i actually have a lot left over of the block style i used for my speaker pod and visors, ive always planned something very different for my head liner so its all yours now! my wagons coming off the road this week
nothing yet till this weekend i should be getting some coilovers if everything goes as planned. but i did go up to the canyons for a cruise yesterday because i was bored. took a couple pictures . enjoy.
Nice wagon. It's cool how the headliner brings personality to your car. I'm thinking of doing some thing similar but all batman (my favorite hero haha). Also, those pics remind me of when I went on a long road trip from NM to AZ last summer vacation. In for more updates.
