well some of you might know my other wagon the brown K24 AWD one well that one has been my daily for a wile now but i have parked it for some much needed motor work. so wile it is gettin work done i figured it would be a good time to get my other wagon up on on the road and do some work on it.
wile the brown K24awd wagon is for fun and performance this wagon is going to be just about stock with little mods other then a few small goodies. the mail goal is to restore it to it glory days and make it look pretty.
plans are ....
body work and fresh paint oem
2'' lift or less
exhaust work.
dohc zc swap awd
some oem jdm/ usdm goodies.
now the car did not come with a/c but i have it all from another wagon i parted so it will get a/c.. i picked up a obd1 jdm dohc ZC from a AWd car so i have the needed pan so it i will be swaped in with a rebuilt trans new clutch oem clutch cable all new axles and U joints. and the car will be converted to obd1..
i have stripped and powdercoated the oem wheels white again to last a long time..
i have made a custom lower have of the header to fit with the awd and a 2 1/4 custom exhaust with high flow cat and magna flow muffler.
i plan to put my bull bar on it since no one wants to buy it or come threw with the cash.
some pics
this is what she looked like when i got it rusted quater trashed fender shitty wheels
the last owner did alot of mudding with it i have to actully power wash the under side about 5 times on my trailer just to get the water to flow clear of mud it was crazy i stil have mud comeing out of places.
started to ct off the old rott
now because i am in the northeast they all rot out and i could not get new pannels i found a wagon local with less rot on it and ct off what i need to weld in the rust the new one had i can fix and make alot easier..
fixed the extra front fender i had and replaced the dented and trashed on it had.
and clearly off with the other junk wheels and on with my oem wheels and new tires.
header i made the bottom half of
and after 3 times with the power washer the bay looks good again
i also ditched the rotted hatch and put on a non rusted red on i have and removed the oem roof rack.
my low miles extra RT trans i had gettin gone threw and inspected for any warn parts and she looks as fresh as day on new seals and a good clean and it is on the jdm dohc zc swap with the new clutch ready to be droped in very soon pics to come of that

Mark
out with the delete and in with the goods
next on the list is to focus on rust repair and get it painted. i have a bunch of odds and ends i will be doing also like installin the inner fender linners that were missing. and very soon swap in my DOHC ZC swap that is crying to be put in.
sell it to me before or after the lift. i want a wagon with some hotbits dt-1 rally suspension. they make it for a ted 94-01. but it costs $2,000. i want to go 80mph in the trails and that suspension is amazing.
also if you decide to keep it good luck and keep the updates coming
quick up date i got the power steering issue fixed. when i got the jdm motor it has a cut power steering line on it so after lookin and lookin and no luck finding a bolt on line to work with the JDM pump and the usdm rack i decided to make my own...
i used the jdm pump end i had and bought a new line for the car and cut it and welded the jdm end on to it. i also had to make the low presser hose longer to reach the pump..
work mint now. for cold a/c and working power steering. and great power..
