Franciscop's AWD B16 JRSC wagon build

Starting my Wagon build thread finally. I have actually had my 1989 2wd B18 swapped wagon for over 3 years now. It has been down for a total revamp for about a year now.

This is what has been competed so far.

B16a with a Jackson Racing Supercharger ready to drop in. Test fitted and running before pulled for paint.
I just bought the entire B-series 4wd set up from FakeJDMEF8. Really excited about this!
Have a hydraulic clutch conversion.
Front traction bar
Im upgrading my EM1 civic's AEM EMS and willl be moveing the old EMS to the wagon and most likely do a COP conversion as well since I have most the parts.
Wagon is halfway done with a new paint job, door jams annd engine bay are already done. Paint is from a new ford foucus (blue candy metallic).
Shaved and painted engine bay (gold).
Gold 15x7 dr-21 drag wheels with Azenis RT-615K

Interior was very complete and clean when I bought the car, so not much is needed inside. Although interior is blue which sort of limited me on exterior paint choices.

This project should roll pretty quick now ill get some pictures up soon.

Here is my close to finished wagon. Was a lot of work but results were worth it. I just need to finish exhaust system when all parts come in. Going to do duals out back. Changed up the wheels that I originally had on and went with 15x9's Avid1 and BFG 225/45 rivals all around.

Great work, man! I've been tempted lately to do something similar (but lifted, of course!)

This is awesome! Ive got future plans for doing this as well to my gsr swap, however my wagon is only 2wd. Any more modifications to the driver's side fenderwell in order to get the pulley side of the blower to fit? Ive done some very quick measurements and it seems the previous mods (in order to have the b series alternator to fit) may be significant enough. Also, what size injectors you running? Thanks for any insight.

Cool deal, in for more. Paint looks pretty good.

I used the typical sledgehammer to the drivers side frame rail for clearance which is required on any EF bseries swap. But i ended up having to cut a notch for more clearance. I think because i had to modify mounts a bit with the awd tranny, alternator ended up closer to frame rail.

Right know I'm running stock injectors but as soon as i get the AEM EMS set up some 550's will be going in as well as a meth injection kit.

Ok thx for info. That is the assumed result of my eyballed calculations. If there is room for the alternator, then there shuld be room for pulley. Good luck with ur build. I will keep checking in! If u ever decide to sell this beast, lmk!!! Ha
