Auto transmission swap?

I have a 1991 civic wagon 2wd auto and I get crappy mpg now the 92-95 auto tranny has better gear ratio can I swap in a 92-95 auto tranny intoy 91 wagon? And is it a direct swap? Or what do I have to change thanks!

Nobodies tried it.I thought a Del Sol A/T works better.I've posted about this b4.
