Brakes every so often have no pressure???

Hey so having problem with my brakes. Ive recently fitted EBC disks and pads and Hell braided lines. Have bleed each calliper and they where sweet for around 200 miles. How ever now every so often the brake pedal will go all the way to the firewall, So before i go and order a new brake server could there be anything i should check/service??? bare in mind the pedal doesnt go to the fire wall all the time most time the pressure is fine and nice and firm but some time if sat in trafic all pressure will go and goes all way to firewall..

    Is the vacuum line firmly connected and the valve in the middle intact and operational? Is there any leakage around the booster?

    ^ After checking these and you're still not having luck, from personal experience my Master Brake Cylinder was bust.

    id say leak in the booster or faulty MC...

    Answer is in the 2nd sentence.Common MisStake.You need a MC.What happen when you were bleeding the system is u tore the MC seals.When you normally brake you push the pedal to point 'A'.most of the time & maybe to point 'B' under hard brakin .That's why you DON'T press it to point 'F' like when you're bleeding the brakes 'cuz from pt."A-B' is worn smooth & larger in diameter.From point 'C'-'G' is virgin rough.

    Good time to upgrade to a larger MC.

    Im pretty sure Siwagon hit it on the head. 88-98 chevy trucks have this happen quite often it will kill a MC.

    gsr booster is good switch and works fine
