Water Leaking inside my Wagon!?

My wagon leaks a puddle of water on the driver side floor and I am not sure where its coming from.

I looked under the dash and can not seam to lock down the area where it is coming in.
After a day of rain there is about half gallon of water that leaks in.

Any help or ideas where it could be coming from would be greatly appreciated!
I really do not want to take the entire dash apart to find the leaking area.

    Jeff,

    Pull out your hose and lay on your back and have gf use the hose and see if you can pin point it. Possible windshield or door rubber seals!!

    PITA is what it is!
    In the garage it goes for now.
    Funny how all of a sudden they just spring a leak.

    Going to take apart the piece above the hood and make sure everything is sealed the way it is suppose to be and not blocked by any debri or anything.
    Did a little google searching and found a few areas to also check and see if I can find a trail.

    Figure now is a good a time as any to take the headliner out and fix the dented roof along with sealing any suspicious areas!

    Possible cracks in the body sealer under the roof rails. Water could be getting in and running down the a-pillars. This is a common thing on CRX's, except that the water goes down the c-pillars into the rear hatch.

    How do I check if it is this remove the roof liner?
