Home Depot bathroom department??? theres really know way of knowing...

Prennro gave me a little house warming decal... I went to Goodwill and found a metal sign that was the perfect size to apply it to...

    32.jpg

Also he made this awesome wooden ebrake handle...
    33.jpg

the other day- I got this map light installed... albeit backwards.
    34.jpg

*fixed- it has some scratches on the surface- I would eventually like to fix and restore it a little bit...
    35.jpg

then I installed a driverside O-shit handle. Much more extensive process than you may expect.

    37.jpg

broke/cracked the shit out of my A-pillar plastic... covered it up with a sticker until I can source a new one.

Damn I want that maplight! So awesome, is it Honda Access?
Prennro did some awesome work too.

Too bad the A-pillar cover is too large(and expensive) to ship man, I would've got you one for free.
  • Aww that sucks you cracked the plastic. Oh well, sticker is a good fix.

yeah- I will find one eventually... just gotta find a wagon at a junk yard...

yeah I actually got pretty pissed about it. I will find another one soon. Sticker is just a temporary band-aid..

Bummer! Same thing happened to me a couple weeks trying to pop in the clip. I was not to happy about that. Either way, creative way of covering the crack for the time being.

Im not sure what you mean???

A lot of people would probably be super upset that I haven't visited any pot shops or taken advantage of the legalization of the marijuana. Not my jam. Im more of a drink all the IPA's Colorado has to offer...

Red is just your colour is it? Looks great! I want one but they were never sold in NZ and only sold in Japan in limited numbers, would be $20,000+ for a 2004 one here

As much as I wanna say I dislike red- I think it may be my favorite color?

Im just attracted to red and always end up buying red vehicles..... lols...

This is my new daily. & I love it!
  • NZ-DB8RNZ-DB8R Moderator
Im the opposite, I will always choose anything other than a red car as the sun is very harsh here in summer and as you may well know red is the worst colour for fading. Pretty much all "red" cars here turn pink pretty quick

    I'll sell you our 2006 for $20,000 :greedy_dollars: Man, that's crazy expensive.

Bill…. Element looks great! Can't wait to see how you accessorize!
  • I saw about 50 elements driving around yesterday..... no wagons though lol. Congrats on the soccer mom car though, time for you and your new wife to pop out a baby so that big new house of yours isn't so empty.

Thanks dude. I've got some ideas...
  • Nice, I had a 5 speed element a few years back. They are awesome cars, furthest thing from a soccer mom car...:highly_amused:

Awesome- the 5speeds a little bit tricker to find. But my main purpose is to commute to work with this- so Automatic was preferred... I tried the manual situation, but commuting through Denver traffic on the way to work with a manual was not really worth it.

The other day I bought some OEM Sidesteps off of Craigslist for 60 dolla. I always wanted these (even on my old E, I never had them), mainly cause they were going for 300+... Anyways these were priced right.

Installed them after work last night. Better pix soon. maybe.

Thanks man, low light shooting is still a work in progress... The lighting/lens flare is all natural though! I really liked how the photo turned out...
