How to troubleshoot ecu for cel codes? Help

Can someone post a step to step process on how to check for cel codes? Thank you

  • Forgot to mention the motor is d15b2.
  • Pull up your passenger side carpet and take a look at the small glass window atop the ECU. There is a red LED that will "blink" the corresponding # representing the system indicated. Turn your ignition to the ON position, count the flashes.

  • alright let me see if i got these codes straight it will flash once stop then flashes 10 times stop 1 flash stop then 14 flashes stop and repeats it self.

    Does the one flash mean any thing in between the longer flashes?

    Or is it just a starting point for real codes?

    Long flash (slow flash) means 10 and fast flash means one
