NO Fuel NO Spark Help!

B18a swapped CRX HF '90

No fuel pressure or Priming of pump unless hardwired.
No spark
CEL comes on!
New pump, dizzy, wires, plugs, filters, and MAIN RELAY
ECU Flashes on for a blip when key is turned
Car cranks but pressure comes up to 20 then stalls
all grounds are GOOD
ECU came from working car

Had this swap running last year, now it doesn't want to budge...

    anyone have an idea?

    After testing the wires with a test light, all the necessary wires are receiving power.....

    did you test the relays and fuses under the hood? I had a main battery fuse going out once, it didnt look poped or burnt. but power was dropping way off from where it came into the fuse box under the hood to after it came out of the main battery fuse..
