MPFI Conversion Getting Code 14

Did MPFI conversion on 88 civic wagon 2wd, intake manifold is D16a6 engine runs great, except no fast idle during cold start-up but other than that it runs great, I can get rid off engine code 14, anybody run
into this situation?
