Catching up

Been out of the Honda game for a couple of years living in AZ. Last car was a 90 RT4wd w/ DOHC ZC swap. I've also owned a 93 EX, 99 Si, 00 CX with mods. I put the word out that I was looking for a clean Honda while I was back in Washington state (where I'm from) for a few weeks, and a friend said he'd sell me this. I was looking for something with four doors, and a/c. I ended up with a hatch and a B16 haha

The car and I have history. I'm the fourth in a group of friends to own it (she's been around, but she's CLEAN). The car was in my posession for a week back in 2003, when the selling of my CX fell through. I also put the springs/shocks on it the same year. For what I paid, I couldn't miss a chance at this car again. It's stayin in the family...

93 Civic DX
JDM B16A
AEM intake
Tanabe Racing Medalian exhaust
SPOON thermostat (JDM y0!)
Skunk2 short shifter
98 ITR shiftknob (woot woot)
Skunk2 front camber kit
H&R sport springs
Tokico 'blues"
rear no-name strut tie bar
00 Si wheels
Alpine deck w/ iPod connected
Pioneer mids up front

I may have left something out. Plans are subtle until I pickup another daily driver. Hopefully a wagon. Just tryin to stay out of the sun for now. A couple wagon pics from 04 at the bottom.

Pics are from Riverside State park in Spokane.

    Car was jacked last night!

Got her back today raped. Thankfully the motor was still there. But they hit something God-knows going how fast. Broke the front/right wheel. Pretty fucked up. But possibly salvigable.

    To be continued...

    (fuck thieves)

Really starting to get annoyed at the rate of car theft these days.

Sorry to hear that dude, hope they catch the cunts and string them up.

Which one, the hatch or the wagon, either way sorry to hear about the loss!

    Not me...

The kids in Winnipeg, Canada, that are making this city (in)famous for its high rate of car thefts for joyriding have no idea how to drive a standard... so I'm not worried.

However, our provincially-owned car insurance corporation has generously offered me a free car immobilizer (apparently Honda Civic wagons are on the "at-risk" list - who knew?). I am now even less worried about the car getting jacked.

The hatch. I took the liberty of totalling the wagon a couple years ago :(

Headin to my buddies tonight to take a closer look at the damage.

-fingers crossed we dont have a bent frame-

See how the wheel sits in the well. Broken axel and lower control arm bolt... (shits bent)

Hard to see, but the wheel is pressed back against the fender and ripped the sideskirt off

nice to hear from you again man. But im sorry to hear about your misfortune. Im always P.noid about geting my car stolen while im in it or leaving my cars alone on the street. I live in newark, nj aka new carjack city. Any frame damage?

    Any frame damage?

I hope not! Waiting for my ride to get here so I can head up and actually get a good look at the car. I picked the car up from a scary ass impound yard in a 'little Mexico' part of Phoenix.

I changed the tire, noticed a little suspension damage, and got my car (and self) the fuck out!
