Help! Driver side axle with d15 in RT4WD.

I know iv read on here that you can put the d15 in a Rt you just have to use the long axle, But im running into a problem the cv joint is hitting the transmission.. Is there a spacific year axle you have to use or do you have to modify it at all? I need help asap please!

    I don't know where you would have read that, i don't believe it's true.
    You'll need an engine with at least the pad for the intermediate shaft.

    Its not true. I read it about a year ago in the thread that says what motors are compatible with the rt. But i just found it and later on down the line someone said it doesnt work so i just had to run one bolt in my half shaft.
