so ive taken a massive direction change with my life and having said that, i am getting myself down to just two cars. my black stock RT (has full suspension and recaro interior, NBD - othersise stock) and this blue car. i had originally bought the car from a member down in Las Cruces only to find out that the transmission was all f**ked out and the whole car was trashed. like just scummy dirty. she cleaned up really good with a ton of work and despite the rings being blown, the minime really runs great. i had put some parts on it, had thought of swapping in a ZC, then lost interest, sold it, and focused on the racecaR (the gsr/crv wagon i have, too). a bunch of shit went down in my life which included my ex taking vital parts of the racecaR and scrapping them just to be mean. she's evil. anyways, if that wasnt enough i almost had my hand amputated this summer while in Fiji. flesh eating bacteria and multiple staph infections. nasty shit, and so expensive. after insurance paid its 80% i still had close to $4k to pay. Fast forward to today and parents are selling the house, new people to move in Oct 7th and the racecaR has to go. So im parting that, working on putting all the fun parts on this blue car, (oh yeah, bought this car off the kid i sold it to earlier this year for crazy cheap) and getting ready to eBay my EF8 replica shell. Busy shit!

depending on how much gets parted, i may keep all the b series AWD stuff and sell the GSR longblock. ive always wanted to make it a b18CR:)!!

    yeah, but the year i had before this year was mentally abusive and i was poor as piss. i dont know which has been worse...guess this year hasnt come to a close yet. hmm.

    here in NM we have a huge lowrider scene. i love it. its much more interesting than all that hellatucked, stretched-ass, and blinged out cars in other spots. snapped this while on the way to a shoot.

    in other news, yeah, the seats are out of an Evolution. They fit with a bit of finese, and love the way they feel. Heres the fronts and rears. i know, they are dirty as shit. black car sees a bit of gravel time here and there:)

    not much of an update, but got my mum a 5spd 4wd element, finally!

    and finally back on my trials bike after having a fractured ankle. feels good to be back on it!

    hope things start getting better. and the lowrider scene is crazy over here too. but roswell is so small compared to abq that no one has nothing to do but spend time and money into cars so there is alot of custom down here

    new wheels n tirez for winter. love me some blizzaks. and love the beats! these will go on the blak car as 16" wheels barely clear the wilwoods on the blue....ill be putting a new set of trailing arms on black next week sometime. tires will go on then....

    i had new bushings, ARP studs, and wheel bearings installed in two pairs of trailing arms. new shoes, hardware, rebuilts slaves, etc. the blue car finally has them on, now just waiting to rebuild my rear diff and axles before putting it all back together.

    so rear suspension is now:

    suspension techniques rear sway bar and blox endlinks
    hardrace spherical toe adjusters
    k sport camber arms
    energy TA bushings,
    ARP studs
    OEM wheel bearings
    russell stainless lines
    PIC coilovers

    how did you get the rear seats to fit in? are they just for looks or are they functional? do they lay down flat? ive wanted to do these seats even more than i like my oem teg armrest seat! and the matching rears! sexy stuff!

    they dont fold down, but they are completely functional and they are awesome! lots of cutting, trimming, re-fitting, etc. ill get pics sometime soon. had to make a brace from one seat latch to the other.


    in other new, got the tires on. they look rad. so big n huge. lovely in the dirt. cant wait for the snow!

    i knowwwww. damn i suck at this. its actually a whole lot of trimming on the underside of the seat cushion, timming the sides to make the width fit, and then slightly trimming the upper sides of the back portion so the seatbelts can work. itr realy self-explanatory....

    it is very time consuming and not sure if id do it again....its kinda a bitch!

    Small update.

    Ive been going through all my bins of parts and finding so much excess of stuff ive squirreled away. Found a mint set of DC2 reds that i was planning on using for the blue car, but will now save for when the EVO's wear out...SO MUCHHH STUFFF! But being unemployed for the next week until my next project starts with work, ive started to sell it off to pay bills. Now that ill only be having the black car and the blue one will be put back to stock and sold (or if someone wants it with the Wilwoods and EDM parts and suspension, jump on it) Ive started putting things on the black car, enjoying it and all the while keeping it stock (engine wise for reliability)



    Ive installed an EDM rear garnish (with the centennial platez), JDM tails, midwing, and new exhaust:) no more wiper either...

    Inside i finally got a pic of co-pilot and all the 3M wrapped bits. Element radio with AUX....Oh and ITR MOMO wheel and ITR shift knob...600.jpg



    The black car gets a refurbished rear end this coming week that also consists of blue carpet inside, sound deadening and sticth welding the chassis

    So, trailing arms with new OEM bearings, arp extended studs, hardrace spherical toe and K-sport camber arms, brembo drums, OEM hardware and shoes, and stainless lines. Front brakes are now going to be BrakeEXPERTS TL kit 11" with massive calipers. Oh and Energy TA bushings. Oh and the PIC coilovers are gong on the black one.

    Now, all i need is a new headliner. The one i has is kinda shit and dont want to recover one. Just want an OEM one that i can dye black....
