  • the S2000 pads were waaaay too small.. ITR pads worked perfect! :)
  • Such a great, cool and unique wagon! The only thing that bothers me is hub caps! Also, what size are those rotors?
  • Hub caps?! The rotors are 11". 2007 Mini Cooper base model rotors
  • I think he just means center caps.
  • I think he just means center caps.

Jup them small pieces in the center of the rim. Sweet I will have to think about those mini rotors. I wish they had a bit bigger ones - closer to 300mm. Maybe renault sport clio ones would fit..

    Anyway, great wagon!

Oh lol well TE37SLs dont come with center caps :)

im not sure if theyd work. Spoon calipers are designed to fit OEM parts, alot of people run DA rotors but you need a 3mm spacer on the backside, the mini rotor doesnt need the spacer which is why i used it because im not a fan of spacers lol.

and thank you very much :)

There you go, color match some paint and then put some little red honda decals on =D

Figure at the price you pay for some rays, $30ish a pop on a little disc of metal ain't no biggie.
  • lol maybe, i kinda like them without center caps but i guess thats just me
  • Yeah I don't have center caps in my rpf1 but I don't like it myself. I could see if it was matching paint, but not rusted ick. But hey, your wagon not mine!
  • I used Accord center caps on my last set of RPF-1s and they looked pretty good. I had black wheels as well so it's a little easier than trying to match another color. The Accord caps just have an H painted on so you primer it and paint it and the H doesn't show through. I think the CR-V center caps usually work as well but they have an H as part of the mold.
  • So Sheepey header will be here Tuesday!!

Installed my Hush Performance pedal assembly today but no pictures due to bad lighting at 3AM lol

K will hopefully be in the car by monday, it would be this weekend but its the missus birthday this weekend so I'm taking the weekend off to spend time with her :)
  • I demand many pics of that header please. And what's this bad lighting at 3AM I demand you have photo studio lighting! You do good work, it needs to be witnessed at all times of day!
  • lol yeah sorry it was stupid early, i was tired, and the garage lighting isn't the best. it was a rather easy install once the dash was pulled (pull speedo cable before removal of cluster obviously), just unhook all the cables; throttle and clutch which can both be discarded. I'm still unsure which throttle cable i have to run to work with the K, so some more research needs to be done lol. anyways once both of the cables are out of the car and you disconnect the brakes from the booster then unbolt the pedal assembly and install new assembly.. i ran my clutch cable and reservoir hose out the old clutch cable hole in the firewall.. i will be mounting the clutch reservoir on the firewall due to lack of room under the dash.

i can try to take a few pictures of the fitment of the kit today.. its a tight squeeze and you CAN NOT run your AC/Heater vent hose back to the left side of the car once the kit is installed because the clutch master is in the way, oh well lol. i might see if i can make some custom vent hoses so i can have heat on that side of the car lol but if not I'm not worried about it.

and as soon as the header gets here i will take plenty of pictures haha
  • well.... it has been a while.. wagon still isn't running :(

but its A LOT farther than where i left off lol.. K24A2 is in, header is mostly on lol (have some fitment issues), hood is cut to fit the swap.. still have quite a bit of things to do to get the K running but its super close to being finished lol

here are a few pictures of the header, pictures of our trip from WA to TN, how the car sits right now, and a picture of my parts/wheels collection lol

I like everything about this wagon!
  • Nice, gonna leave the components exposed like that with the cut hood or do some custom bulges for them?

i want to do something with a EF9 hood and make the center section higher so it will clear and look somewhat stock lol

but the cutouts are growing on me.. i am extremely impressed with it since it was my first time ever chopping up a hood

    shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiet lol

i sold the RNRs the other day *super sad face* :(

and the Mag Blue TE's are for sale.. trying to get a set of NR10R's and once i finish the wagon build then ill be collecting all the 90's Mugen wheels :)
  • Do you have any pictures with the wagon wearing it's NR-10 shoes?
  • Unfortunately i dont :/

in order to get the NR10's to clear the Spoon 4 pot calipers id need a spacer for the front.. Plus i need to have them refinished and get tires mounted but i would like to use them eventually
