integra rear seats

has anybody tried to fit the DC integra rear seats into a wagon? just wondering because there is a guy selling some really clean front and rears for cheap. before i try i thought i would check to see if anybody had already tried.

    Search around this site.Somewhere there's a pic of a rear teg seat in a wagon from the tailgate looking inward. The teg upper section is too narrow and leaves a gap on both sides. I would talk to JDMcarboy about his EF9 rear seat mod. I can't tell by his pics if it fits, but I doubt he would go thru the trouble if it didn't look fresh.

    i dont think it was DC seats i belive they were DA seats.....

    I'm not sure what year teg seats they are but alupso1 has some in. The pic on his original post are down. You could contact him and see if he can re-post.

    I have a 1988 RT4WD wagon and the guy who I bought it from said that the original seats were torn up so he went to the junk yard and I guess just found what ever seats were the closest match to replace the old seats. He said the seats that are in there now are from an Acura Integra and they look and feel nice but they sit weird. I guess since they are from a sportier car, when your driving your kind of sitting forward and it’s not comfortable. The seats he put in the back aren’t even connected on the top part and if I stop suddenly they come forward and fall over, far from usable and nobody can sit back there.

    I want to find some blue wagon seats to replace the front and rear seats but I know it will be hard to find. I also have a 1989 Civic LX sedan and was wondering if either the front or rear seats would work in the wagon? I wouldn’t take them out of the sedan except maybe just to see if they would fit but would locate some in a junk yard as replacements.

    One last thing. Since never seeing the wagon in its original state I and looking at a brochure, does the bottom of the rear seat flip up so that the rear top part of the seat can fold down flat? If it does, where can I find the hinge and other parts to make this work?
