i am changing my lights to dubble lense ones ... and i cant get them to work corectly when i turn on the high beam the long beam in the h4 bulb only blinks and turns off ... but the h1 bulb are on. how can i get them to work right ? does any one have a wiering diagram ?
The CRX PDF manual shows wiring diagrams for the dual bulb headlights as needing a relay. I looked at my shuttle which has dual bulbs and this is not on the back of the heightlist like in the CRX. So it's somewhere else in the car.
The best way around this is to run a new power wire from the battery and use the high beam output to trigger a relay it then wire up to both the bulbs.
I did that when I made twin bulbs for my EF8 CRX.
What happens i nthe CRX is that the low beam on the H4 is switched to the high beam contact by the high beam signal which also goes to the H1. So the low beam is always active but switched by relay by the high beam between the H4 contacts.
im most likely keeping the wagon as a winter ''beater''
and im getting 150L random color paint so mabye it's gona change some color. and im trying to get a zc bump from a crx hood to weld inn and a d16z5 to put inn the car ... and try to get some cash to get some wild stereo shit in it
gona wash the car to day and try to take som pics of it
then its the lowering .. how or what car can i use parts from ? and disc brakes on the back ? are there any parts that fit staight on ? :?:
You do realize you are on a WAGON forum right We are all going to tell you to keep the wagon . I would keep both because my friend had that same Audi and it just wouldn't die. It is just like the wagons. Keep the Audi for when you need it, and the Wagon for when you need it. The audi has the power and the wagon has the hauling room.
Of course if both need work then selling one to fix the other might be a better decision unless you can afford to fix both.
Oh and send me a pic of your BBS wheels and I will see if I can dig you up some center caps.

i know .. i really want to keep the wagon.. but at the same time i have always
wanted a audi 90 Q 20V .. its my dream car.. but if i am going to sell the wagon i will guaranteed by a new one later .. and likely one that needs to be saved from death
Sell the wagon. Sell me the front headlight washers first tho
If you ever need anything from the UK for the Audi or the wagon in fact I'll be more than happy to help out
