89 rt-4wd with d15? pgm-fi? swap for the bad d16a6

Found this engine on craigslist today, its a d15 and im not specific on the rest. Its PG-MFI, and im running a d16a6 that just had a rod bearing failure after 325k miles. Is it possible to put this engine in with the 4wd tranny and wire the pgm-fi?
