slammed 91 fwd wagon rear toe arms questions HELP!!!!

Hello I have a 1991 fwd wagon, I purchased the megan rear toe arms for ef civics. I went to install them but they dont seem to bolt up at all. Am I retarded or do the wagons have different arms then other efs? Please help I have insane toe in the rear so my tires dont last more than 4000 miles. How can I adjust the rear toe?
