Brakes making tapping/clicking sound?

So I had my brake fluid flushed not too long ago and now I've been hearing this tapping/clicking sound just when I come to a complete stop. Since I don't know much about cars I just want to how bad this is or if not at all. Thanks.

  • Describe the sound more.
Does it change speed as the car does?
Does it keep going after you stop?

It's hard to describe but it sounds in between tapping and clicking but not at a rapid pace it only happens as I'm coming to a complete stop and the sound slows down along with the car. It doesn't happen at any other speeds though just coming to a stop. And I can slightly feel the tapping/clicking sound through the pedal too.

try pulling up on the e brake when you're at low speeds. If you can hear the clicking at that point a good place to check would be the rear brakes..(see what i did there?)

Have the brakes inspected or inspect them yourself. when your talking about brakes your talking about safety. inspect the friction material in the front and rear. make sure your hardware is in good shape. If so regrease all of the slides on the calipers and or rear shoe contact surface. reasemble and test drive it.
  • Also make sure all hardware, clips, and springs are correctly seated.

is it coming from the front or rear, left or right side. only when coming to a complete stop are whenever the brakes are applied?
