  • Here is what she looked like the second day after I got a roof rack off craigslist. For a screaming deal at that.

Nice find! Interior looks to be pretty clean and the body seems straight. I just got a 90 RT4wd auto and love it. How much did you get the rack for, I've been thinking about getting one.

Wow, nice find man. Roof rack was the perfect first mod. What other plans do you have for it?
  • Tuesday I got some Honda Beagle rims. Here they are sorry not the best pic.

I have pulled a lip off a 89' Integra hoping to get that on Saturday. Also, borrowed a bull bar from a buddy hoping to build my own with in the next week or so. Looking for an armrest, rear mud flaps and heater speed switch. I'm sure there will be more on my wish list just havent figured it out yet. lol

  • Here is the beginning stages of the first bull bar build. I am going to have to build another one with lighter material. The tubing actually got dimples in it do the the pressure it took to bend it. Plus the weight is about double of the ones that came on the beagles. It will be great though for winter probably indestructible.

  • So was having Issues with "Norma" but got her fixed last night. Thanks again Charb for the hand. She started off having fuel issues well I thought. She was dieing when you would slow down going around corners. So I changed fuel filters and put some gas dryer in the tank. Seemed to help alot and got better the more you drove. Then I couldnt get her started the key would power everything up but would not send the signal to the starter. So we changed the Main relay got it to start once then it was back to the same no power. Ignition switch was bad. Anyway she got a new ignition switch, new main relay, oil change, air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs and wires, finally new cap and rotor. Today she runs like she just left the show room floor and if she could smile she would.

Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, I love that feeling of a full tune up. Have you checked the O2 sensor? I replaced mine when I did my fuel filter and gained 5 mpg! Could have been either part I guess, doesn't hurt to check.

    Foglights!!! Show them

    this......foglights right meow
  • I will get pics of the the fog lights today. Norma Jean got them installed on her Saturday and wiring done Sunday. I feel guilty its now Wednesday and no updated pics. She is going to get a complex. lol. I repainted the Wiper arms and started the back to black process on her to get her feeling all dolled up.

I have a temperary switch for the fog lights but looking for for a OEM switch to install. So there are a few things I am looking for next, a map light, an arm rest clear side markers and rear fog lights so keep an eye on here I will post as I get these items and mod them up.

  • Nothing at the junk yard I can make work but I will.
  • Here are a couple of pics during the process of installing fog lights. I should of took pics of the brackets I will get some pics for those of you who are doing the same mod.

  • They look good, what are they off of? And can you post a picture of the bracket that was used? I have dealer installed fogs on mine and the bracket on mine doesn't make my fogs fit very well. Also, I'd recommend getting some trim tape(foam strip from mcmaster car) to put around the hole to make it look cleaner. (recommendation via rbwdriven from my build thread) They look really good on yours!

    I am diggin's this wagon.
Really clean interior. Easy fix for the seat. Carpet is fresh. Love what you did with the fogs too
  • I looked on the McMaster-Carr website not sure which trim tape you are suggesting I will look a little more. Thanks though I do want to clean the holes up and it would make it look alot nicer.
The lights are off of a 89' Prelude I used the original brackets and reversed the top part of the bracet and put a 90 degree bend in it with a custom built backing Plate was able to bolt right into existing holes on the bumper support.
  • Yeah I think my mounts are the same as the 89 prelude ones. And for the McMaster-Carr, rbwdriven suggested that to me, you may want to pm him for more information on where to fine the trim lining
  • NO FUGGIN WAY!! lol this is one of my old wagons. Did you buy it from a guy named Paul?
BTW, I'm the guy with the boosted Red RT that waved at you a few weeks ago =)

DMV told him the guy had owned it for a few years...

I actually thought about this initially. But there is no holes from where the cargo cover was on yours.
