honda 84 wagon

anyone no weather the 84model at the front has torshin bar to lower an where bouts it is or weather i have to replace the strut with another one to do it, the rear is on its ass just got the front to go.
unsure about the front could do with the help thankx terry

    I'll try and decipher...

    The torsion bar controls how stiff the ride is on the front.
    The strut only dampens movement and is not necessary, but preferable.
    The ride height on the front is adjustable...but if you lower it too much without changing to a stiffer torsion bar, your suspension will bottom out on even small bumps.
    The ride height on the back is controlled by the spring height, like on most newer cars.

    I used 27mm aftermarket 84-87 CRX torsion bars by Lightspeed. Too stiff on a CRX but perfect for the wagon. They're getting hard to find/expensive though.
