i just got tired of the bullabr. and now with my car so low it would scrape everything, because it would be like 2 inches off the ground. haha. plus, it just didnt fit right.
its from a Kia Sportage RED BULL advertisement SUV. prolly a rare item hahha
got this in a couple weeks ago, so i thought i'd share...
ragenasian gave me the "special treatment" and sent me some EDM headrests and a RT-4WD shift knob for freeskie also sent me a set of EDM 88-89 headlights in trade for my USDM taillights
i wanted the headrests since everyone seems to be wanting to be all EDM suddenly as of late, this was one item that nobody stateside that i know of has. haha.
the RT-4WD shift knob is just for sexy factor, cause its very different then what everyone in my region knows, and i just love the look so much.
the headlights are for my hatchback project, as it needed headlights, so might as well make them EDM
anyways, enjoy.
and just for shizzles and giggles, a photo of my wagon in my tiny shameful example of a garage
dude does mine sit loer than yours or about the same? also how is everyone going so low in the back? my shit is all the way down and there is still wheel gap.
i think we sit about the same. to go even lower i think you need to go with Skunk2, and then even cut some dead coils. no clue. but yeah, haha. mine is pretty much all the way down in the rear, there is about 1/2 inch left to go. the fronts though have like 1 1/2 inches left :?
did this photoshop job, what do you guys think? i plan on getting some rust removal done this winter during my break and rage suggested painting the entire lower panels with rust-proofing, such as thus...
just have this as temporary until i can afford a full respray in the stock white color, as well as painted bumpers.
it would be temporary until i get a nice professional paint job. i just need to do something about the rear quarter panel rust. i dont really like the black fender flares either
well its time to put myself back on the map haha... for those of you who don't know, i just came back from Europe a couple days ago with a bunch of EDM goodies. of those, the parts that i got for my wackovan were single lens adjustable headlights and a rear license plate holder (again, finally haha)
for those that can't tell the difference, these headlights only use one bulb and have a single lens housing. looks much cleaner then the USDM two lens headlights. also they are adjustable from within the cockpit via a switch 8) pretty nifty stuff. also now my clear corners fit straight up beautifully, before it was an awkward fit with a pretty big gap :x
and here i am changing my timing belt. first time ever, not that bad at all (once the crankshaft bolt is off HAHA)
Comments
im stoked i hope it gets here before the GA wagon meet!
