front bumper removal question

hey i was just curious to how the hell do you get the front bumper off i feel like an idiot for asking but i just cant figure it out, sorry if this has been asked before.....also will the 07 CRV spoiler fit on the wagon?

    screws at the wheel wells, bolts underneath, and bolts behind the turn signals. they are all plainly visible (after you remove the turnsignals). once you undo everything, you kinda have to tilt it up to get it off.

    as for the spoiler, you would def have to modify something to make it fit...
