I plan on going to the nw meet in a couple months hopefully ill be ready got lots of lil shit to do.... plans are to do the sedan front end conversion, full coils, bigger rear sway, 04 up mirrors, 7 inch screen, DIY black housing headlights, hids, and i realy want to change the color to sonic yellow I love yellow wrx wagons but they are super super hard to find but it will prolly just get re-painted silver... after that start doing engine mods basic stuff like up pipe, down pipe, sti intercooler, tune.... already has cat back, intake, and a BOV

the fenders have more of a flare to them. don't know if you reuse the hood and bumper? can't see why not.

    Interesting. That's it though?

I will need the front bumper, fenders, fender liners, and I think a couple lil misc bumper/fender brackets i believe... the difference is suttle but i would like the option someday to run some huge wheels.

the next step is to weld in the rear quarters off a sedan and put the sedan rear doors on but i dont know if im gunna do that or not....

  • if you're going to weld in the rear 1/4 panels off a sedan...you might as well just buy one lol you crazy!

looks like if you do the quarters, you will need the rear doors too. seems to be a lot of work involved. i never understood why they didn't come from the factory that way.

Nice buy :) I picked up a Forester for the wife, since I traded my B16 wago for the orange 77 civic.. while I was in NZ, I hit up the wreckers, you would not believe the amount of Subbie parts they have.. I'm debating on a full sti swap for it.. 2K + shipping from NZ... it never ends

yep u need the doors i picked up the drivers rear door today and the junkyard has the pas rear door and pas rear quarter. Still not sure if im gunna do the rear but the parts are cheap so i snagged them. also picked up a new drivers door silver thank god, 05 cluster, all weatehr subaru floor mats, silver gas door mines dented, side skirts, and a set of stock struts and springs with only about 70k on them. picking up a new drivers mirror silver as well, left front axle, and possibly a short shifter on saturday. oh yeah it came with a roof rack and some 17's that the owner is gunna get to me the weekend after next so im super amp'd.

I was actually thinking that the other day.... Well see

been busy but she is coming along. lowered, changed out the smashed fender, polished headlights, replaced missing pas side side skirt, new stock turbo, invidia divorced dp, silicone inlet pipe, 17x8 slips, catless up pipe, stg 2 tune, and cleaned all the hay out from the back.... so different from working on a honda u can actually change the fender without removing bumper what a time saver...

    20120326_171609.jpg

also picked up these with studded snow tires. might not clear brembos so i may sell the wheels and get me something that will.
