When I was 18 I had just started my apprenticeship and was driving around in my 1996 Nissan Wingroad which I imported from Japan when I was 16(2005) :
I wanted something with a bit more "go" as the wingroad just had a GA15de motor and was quite slow, also had solid beam rear end so handling was disappointing.
One good mate had a EF9 Civic with built B16a so that hooked me on Hondas so I ended up buying this in Japan, here are the pics I bought it off:
Completly stock with 104kms, got it for 800,000yen I think.
6weeks later here it is in my garage:
Before it even arrived I had ordered this:
J's Racing Tsuchinoku Intake
J's Racing Engine Damper
Got some new rims, 17x7" Motegi Traklites:
I did the cambelt and water pump not long after getting it so put these on at the same time:
Then the exchange rate was real good so I ordred this:
Brand new Mugen Twinloop, cost me $1400 then, now they are close to double that
Then I got some Suspension:
Then I had a trackday so ordered some more stuff (have now had the car 6months, Wingroad is sold)
Thats a:
-J's Racing Rear Strut Brace
-J's Racing Test Pipe
-Mugen Reserviour Socks
-Hawk Hp+ Brake Pads
Time for the track:
Then I got a J's Racing Intake Duct:

Comments
ARC Winglets and a Custom Mugen Gen 1 Style Carbon Fibre Wing:
Around here I also chucked it on a dyno
Keep in mind it has no tune so AFR and torque curve is all over the show.
Also got this:
It sits on a Buddyclub seat rail
Basically give or take a few mods (tein coilovers etc) thats how it stayed for a couple years since the Shuttle came along around then. Until recently that is
Got sick of the Wing and Winglets so returned that back to OEM:
Imported some BBS LM from Japan:
Then pulled them apart:
So that I could change the offset(before on the right, after on left):
They now look like this:
Then I got a Mugen Intake and started tidying up the drivers side of the bay:
Then it looked like this:
This is where the intake sucks in its air:
Lines up pretty good with the J's Racing Duct
And heres how it looks today:
E Audio 480AB amp
DLS B6A Fronts speakers getting 102wrms from amp
DLS 6x9's running off headunit
Image Dynamics ID10 getting 294wrms from amp
that is a clean r.
It has cost me far too much money, but when you dont drive it for a month then take it for a blast up through some back roads its aaaallll worth it.
It really needs a paint job as its starting to show its age
Here is a couple vids:

I went to the annual NZHondas Trackday at Taupo, I wasnt planning on racing but due to a lack of numbers I figured there wasnt much point going to watch nobody so put my name down. Gave the car an oil change and off I went
Looks good. Nice to say you didn't go super-low offset on the wheels. This is a proper "stance".
Yea have had the stock wing on for the last 2years or so. Still have the carbon one in the shed along with the ARC winglets.
This offset is perfect for the front but needed a little work for the rear without running retarded camber (-4degrees) I just rolled the guards lightly and got it back out to about -2.8degrees. No rubbing or clearance issues really and still handles really good, especially with the new suspension I put in a while ago but havnt mentioned.
Its now sitting on Fortune Auto 500series coilovers with 7kg f and 6kg r springs and is soooo good. Teins I had were shit in comparison for road driving just way to harsh and didnt go low enough
You will be waiting a long long time Even though I dont really get the time to use it I'm quite happy to have it sitting in the garage until I do.
Still needs a lot of work to get it looking perfect
