    What in the WORLD made them pick the beige one?

    I remember going to the Smithsonian on my honeymoon. In the Museum of American History, we found a pristine VW bug. My family has always been big on the air-cooled VWs, and this was just... well, it was a spritual experience.

    I can imagine the same thing here. It would be great to go.

    i can imagine looking inside and seeing 000,002 on the odometer. and i bet it does have that new car smell. wait, did the new car smell smell the same back then as it does now? hahah something to ponder
