New to engine swaps

Hey guys I have a few questions for you. I have a 90 wagon with a stock engine 1.5. I'd like to get a better motor put in. Do y'all have any suggestions for me? Also I don't know if this helps but it is a 5 speed. Also do you recommend some one to do this swap. I'm located in Amarillo TX. any help will help I don't want like a 700 horse motor and nitrous but I do want something that's quick for all the little kids that always rev on me cause my car is a wagon.

    hondaswap.com is also a great resource. anything that can be done to an "EF" civic hatch, sedan, or crx is exactly the same for your car.
