rt4 mini me swap q's

ddxxeddxxe Band Wagon

my wagon has 280k on it and if it makes it through this snowboard season I want to do a mini me swap this summer when I can garage it and scoot around on my streetfighter.

I plan on running:
d16y8 top end
apexi vafc
aem adjustable cam gear
and a d16z6 head gasket
and while im at it ill do the clutch, header, intake and maybe a light weight fly wheel.

my questions are:
what MM thick and which brand headgasket would you guys suggest? specs plz.
will a aftermarket 4-2-1 header clear the rt4 cross member?
and 2 random questions:
Does any one know how much power the OEM spec Exedy clutch is good for?
and if the password jdm carbon fiber intake that fits the 92-95 si and 96-00 civics fit the wagons if i do the swap?

    No, there is plenty of discussion on this.

    Not that I know of. Mine was a 4-2-1 from a Civic/Crx and it wasn't even close to working.

    and the a6 exhaust manifold wont mate up to the new y8 head I assume. I'm guessing I'll have to just get a 4-2-1 and where the two pieces meet in the middle make an extension piece of piping...
